[MISP] SPLIT ESTATE Wins an Emmy!
![]() Split Estate Wins an Emmy! Dear Friends, Last night at Lincoln Center in New York, Split Estate was awarded an Emmy for Outstanding Individual Achievement in a Craft: Research. We gratefully acknowledge Mitchell Marti and Matt Vest, our researchers, and Planet Green for shepherding the film so brilliantly to its national television broadcast. We also thank the journalists who exposed the story; all of our partners, supporters, and colleagues in this project and in the larger movement; the activists and organizations that work with such fierce dedication for a clean and just energy future; and the many families and communities that live with oil and gas — for their countless, daily acts of courage on behalf of the land, our collective health and our civil rights. And HOW is it "inappropriate" that the congressmen (and congresswomen) not be subject to the same laws that govern the rest of us???
While this list-serve may not be the proper place for such observations, I hardly think that "I will make a point of never working with you" is in any way appropriate. Please pull back the rhetoric...

I believe this is an inappropriate message for the MISP list. I personally
would appreciate it if you don't send others of a similar nature.

The Time Has Indeed Come!
Governors of 35 states have already filed suit against the Federal
Statesfor imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50)
pass itto convene a Constitutional Convention.
This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please
