Why would they be, Michael? They are solely there to make sure the Sexopoly has no competition and make a profit. How many films outside of the control of the big 6 actually GET a theatrical release rating?

Has anyone else seen the doc This Film Has Not Yet Been Rated. I realize it was released in '05, but I just saw it on Netflix. Wow. What a tyrannical organization. I don't think that the MPAA or the appeals board is in it for the good of the film makers. Some sort of weird conspiracy is afoot there.
