Creating a list was part of my goals. I've been working on a website
that would have local resources for my area, but I'm debating if I should
do something bigger.
There are lists out there such as nmfilm.com which is very good. I don't
want to duplicate efforts, but after our meetings last week, it still
appears that film businesses doesn't know what is available in our state.
There is so much happening and not everyone knows. I imagine talent is
still imported from California because it is easier to do so? It
certainly would benefit our state if it was easier to get New Mexico
talent with producers. There is a good system in place for actors and
crew but not the technical side of things?
Thanks,
Doug Bocaz-Larson
