I did a quick search in Google and came up with this:
http://forum.telestream.net/forum/messageview.aspx?catid=10&threadid=5702

"Flip4Mac is a free player and includes a demo of the WMV exporter which
can be purchased. 30 seconds or half the duration is the demo limit."

Apparently, the full version costs around $50, or you can get something
like ffmpeg or a GUI program like MediaCoder to do the job, assuming you
can export from FCP to another format.
