[MISP] Film Lincoln County NM Film Symposium

Film Lincoln County NM is sponsoring a film industry symposium at the Spencer Theater in Alto New Mexico on August 26th from 10 am to 4 pm. The purpose of this symposium is to bring information about the film industry to the residence of Lincoln County, to expose local and regional politicians and legislators the degree of interest in the film industry that exists in Lincoln County, to provide film makers in Lincoln County an opportunity to meet one another, and to expose people in the film industry to Lincoln County and what it has to offer the film industry.

The mission of Film Lincoln County NM is to “promote Lincoln County as a film location, and to foster the art and education of film making in Lincoln County.”  With a university located in Ruidoso, and that being one of the supercomputer gateways, and the Spencer Theater, plus the existing talent pool of people here, we have a great opportunity to grow the film and digital media industry from within the county.
